Netex Trade takes exhaustive efforts to make sure all user accounts are secured using internal infrastructure and platform modules. However, phishing and other threats that leverage the human factor may result in a user’s account being compromised by attackers.

If you realize that your account has been hacked and a withdrawal request that you had not made has been created, we recommend that you immediately block your account.

To block your account, go directly to your personal account settings page or follow the link provided in the notification email. If you act quickly, any withdrawals in the “created” or “processing” statuses will be automatically halted and you may prevent your funds from being withdrawn from the platform onto the wallet of the attacker.

If your account is blocked, the attacker will no longer be able to access your account. To unlock your account, you will need to contact the Netex Trade support service and undergo an identity verification procedure.

If you realize that your account has been hacked, but no new withdrawals were generated, please follow these steps to protect your account from further attacks:

  • Access your account;
  • Change your password in personal account settings;
  • Delete all active devices from which you are logged in on the “summary data” page;
  • Check all withdrawals and trading operations in the “Reports” section;
  • Report any suspicious activities to the support service.
