Netex Trade allows its users to transfer funds to bank cards as well via a simple and straightforward procedure.

In order to allow its users to transfer funds to bank cards from their personal account balances, NetexTrade interacts with international payment systems such as VISA, MasterCard, and MIR. Once a withdrawal request has been generated in a user’s personal account, NetexTrade sends a request to the corresponding monetary gateway to transfer funds to the card instantly. 


Despite the fact that in 99.5% of cases, the funds are transferred to the clients’ cards instantly, banks participating in the partnership can process the transaction for as long as up to 5 business days. Despite the dominant global practice of instant client service, the regulations prescribed for banking operations foresee the possibility of such delays.

The main reason for such possible delays is the presence of several participants in the payment chain, which can include the issuing bank, the acquiring bank, and the integrator. It is likely that temporary failures may occur on the side of any of these participants, and there is no possibility of determining the weak link in the chain or preventing such situations from happening.

If you have not received the funds to your card within 5 business days, please contact the Netex Trade support service and a procedure for determining the location of the funds will be launched. However, Netex Trade has never had to launch such a procedure over the course of its operation, providing sufficient grounds to believe in the reliability of the underlying system of financial transfers.
